Bowman Apple Products Co., Inc. produces a premium quality apple cider during the fall months, beginning in September.  Our cider is less processed and less filtered than apple juice, and contains more apple particulate, giving it a hearty apple flavor.  It is, of course, a pasteurized product, meeting all regulations for food safety.
