The modern processing equipment includes: Automatic Bulk Depalletizer, Rinser/Filler/Capper, Missing Cap/Cocked Cap Detection, Headspace Sterilizer, Fill Height Detection, Labeler, Bottle and Case Coder, Packer, Palletizer and Shrink Wrapper. A more detailed description of the system and a DVD or VHS video are available upon request. We are Kosher and Organic Certified. The manufacturing facilities are located on the company site in Mt. Jackson and consist of 300,000 square feet of production and warehouse space. Due to the location of the company, Bowman has the ability to ship product quickly and efficiently to all major markets on the east coast overnight. Highly trained Quality Assurance personnel continuously monitor raw as well as finished products, testing and evaluating them for a variety of factors to ensure that they are safe and have the same consistent quality that customers have come to expect. With an HACCP plan, in-house laboratories and independent third party audits with superior ratings, customers can be assured of the highest food safety and products that meet exact specifications.
