Bowman has storage facilities capable of storing apples for more than six months. A controlled modified atmosphere facility can store apples for over a year at ideal conditions. This provides the Company with an inventory sufficient for processing year around.

Highly trained Quality Assurance personnel continuously monitor raw, as well as finished products, testing and evaluating them for a variety of factors to ensure that they are safe and have the same consistent quality that customers have come to expect. With an HACCP plan, in-house laboratories and independent third party audits with superior ratings, customers can be assured of the highest food safety and products that meet exact specifications.
